OFFER OF DEDICATION Deed No. 8421
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana, being the
legal owner of the herein described real property, does hereby make an irrevocable offer of dedication pursuant to
California Government Code Section 7050 to the City of Santa Ana, a Charter City and Municipal Corporation of the
State of California, for public right -of -way purposes, of the real property located in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as set forth in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein, and as shown
on Exhibit `B ", attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
The City of Santa Ana shall incur no liability with respect to this offer of dedication N-2013 -160
and shall not assume any responsibility for the offered property, or any improvements to the property,
until this offer has been accepted pursuant to Section 33 -55 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code
or by resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana.
The provisions of this offer shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs, successors, assigns,
and personal representatives of the respective parties to the offer.

This is to certify that the interest in the real property offered by the offer of dedication dated July
10, 2012 from Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana, to the City of Santa Ana, a charter city
and municipal corporation duly organized under the Constitution and laws of the State of
California, is hereby acknowledged by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Ordinance No. NS -2352 and Section No. 33 -55 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code adopted by the City Council on June 1, 1998, in compliance with
California Government Code Section 27281 and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its
duly authorized officer.

EXHIBIT A
LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION (I.O.D.)
That portion of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 16, township 5 South,
Range 10 West, in the City of Santa, County of Orange, State of California in the Rancho Las Bolsas,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, Page 12, of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of said county as described in a deed to the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City
of Santa Ana recorded March 4, 2008 as Instrument No. 2008 - 000100886 of Official Records in the
office of said County Recorder lying southwesterly and southerly of the following described line;
Beginning at a point in the southerly line of said land described in said deed to the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa, distance thereon South 89 036'10" West
25.60 feet from the southeast corner of said land;
Thence departing from said southerly line North 44 °05'14" West 30.42 feet to a line that is parallel
with and 22.00 feet north of said south line of said land;
Thence along said parallel line North 89 °36'10" East 46.50 feet to the east line of said land and the
terminus of the described line.
The above described parcel contains 793 square feet, more or less.
The above described parcel is more particularly show on Exhibit B, attached hereto and by reference,
made a part hereof.
