MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AND
THE SANTA ANA WORK CENTER/WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD
Purpose:
Term:
To describe the nature and evidence agreement between the City of Santa
Ana, Community Development Agency (CDA) and the Santa Ana WORK
Center and Workforce Investment Board in determining the services and fees for
locating offices at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center.
The Term of this Agreement is July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.
Terms and Conditions:
City has agreed to allow the Santa Ana WORK Center and Workforce Investment Board
(WIB) to occupy space within the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center, located at
1000 East Santa Ana Boulevard, Suite 200 and Suite 220, Santa Ana, CA 92701, for the
user fee of $15,248.00 per month. The increase in the user fee incorporates the 2.7% CPI
increase. This fee includes use of space, janitorial service and all utilities, except
telephones and any security equipment. The user fee is due the first day of each month,
payable to the "City of Santa Ana ".
Both parties are in agreement with the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding
effective as of July 1, 2013, and will implement it as set forth herein.
