Refugio Yalila Muniz is requesting approval of a conditional use permit for a Type 41 Alcohol
Beverage Control (ABC) license for the on-premise sale and consumption of beer and wine at the
Avocado Grill restaurant located at 2525 North Grand Street, Unit A, in the Arterial Commercial
(C5) zoning district.
