HomeMy WebLinkAbout01/15/2014ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING MINUTES JANUARY 15, 2014 MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2013 -02 10:36 a.m. Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. Also in attendance were: Brian Rivera and Celia Galindo, Applicants; Hally Soboleske, Associate Planner; Ivan Orozco, Planning Technician; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. There were no written communications. Ms. Soboleske presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. The Zoning Administrator added the following conditions: a recorded covenant shall be filed prior to the issuance of a building permit and that either the primary or second dwelling unit shall be owner occupied; the current 1,610 square feet open space as designated on the plans shall remain; and make architectural elements such as porch, windows, roof, exterior finish, trims, etc. complementary to both the primary residence and second dwelling unit prior to submittal into plan check. The applicants confirmed and agreed to the conditions. The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2013 -02 as conditioned.
