CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -03
10:08 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Lori Reich, Applicant; Ali Pezeshkpour, Planning Intern; Vince
Fregoso, Principal Planner; Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department; Ryan
Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
Ali Pezeshkpour presented the staff report and recommendation for approval.
There were no written communications.
Mike McCoy noted Police Condition No. 17 stating the lighting standards be up to code
prior to the issuance of a Letter of Approval to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board.
Police Condition No. 16 was divided into two different conditions to separate the review
period requirement from the lighting standards requirement.
The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicant has reviewed and agreed to all of the
conditions. The applicant stated her agreement to all of the conditions.
The Zoning Administrator discussed signage at the property and advised the applicant
to remain in conformance.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No.
2012 -03 as conditioned.
The hearing adjourned at 10:17 a.m.
