CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -03
10:36 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Sergio Ponce and Scott Kavthekar, Applicants; Lucy Linnaus,
Senior Planner; Yolanda Pena, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and
Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
Lucy Linnaus presented the staff report and recommendation for approval with
conditions.
Police Condition 19 was divided into two conditions to separate the review period from
the lighting standards condition, and the amended Police Condition 21 was modified to
reflect that the lighting standards be complied with prior to the issuance of Letter of
Approval to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board. The applicant stated his agreement to
all of the conditions.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No.
2011 -03 with modified conditions.
The hearing adjourned at 10:47 a.m.
