HomeMy WebLinkAbout06/08/2011ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING • MINUTES JUNE 8, 2011 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -07 10:34 a.m. Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order -the public hearing in the City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. Also in attendance were: Adolfo Lopez, Applicant; Jim Gartner, Architect; Vince Fregoso, Principal Planner; Yolanda Pena, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. Vince Fregoso provided the project update and stated the applicant filed an application to operate a banquet facility and after - hours; and recommended that the Zoning Administrator remand the project to the Planning Commission for all three applications to be considered together. There were no written communications. Discussion and clarification was held regarding the first and second floor plans and the • Zoning Administrator suggested the floor plans be further clarified noting the host/hostess location, customer waiting area, primary customer stairs and so forth. Mr. Fregoso noted that although the applications for the banquet and after -hours have been submitted, the fees were outstanding. The Zoning Administrator reminded the applicant that in order for the banquet and after -hours project to go forward the fees have to be paid. The Zoning Administrator remanded Conditional Use Permit No. 2011 -07 as conditioned to the Planning Commission to be heard jointly with the banquet and after - hours applications.
