CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -11
10:57 a.m.
Mr. Vince Fregoso, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City
Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Carlos Guaman, Applicant; Hally Soboleske, Associate
Planner; Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn
Magalona, Recording Secretary.
Hally Soboleske presented the staff report and recommendation for approval with
conditions for a Type 41 ABC license.
There were no written communications.
Mr. McCoy clarified Police Condition Nos. 17 and 18 regarding the lighting standards
and issuance of Letter of Approval to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board.
Mr. Fregoso inquired if the applicant is in agreement with the conditions. Mr. Guaman
stated his agreement to all of the conditions.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No.
2011 -11 as conditioned.
The hearing adjourned at 11:02 a.m.
