RESIDENTIAL RELOCATION NO. 2011 -02
10:48 a.m.
Mr. Vince Fregoso, Acting Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the
City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Shelly Landry- Bayle, Housing Manager; Jorge Beceia and
Dottie Brown, Residents; Lucy Linnaus, Senior Planner; Joseph Straka, City Attorney;
and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
Lucy Linnaus presented the staff report and recommendation for approval with added
conditions that state any amendment to the residential relocation permit must be
submitted to the Planning Division for review; and the future owner shall post a
Completion of Bond prior to close of escrow transferring ownership.
There were no written communications.
Discussion and clarification was held regarding the relocation and plans for the site.
• The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Residential Relocation No.
2011 -02 with added conditions.
The hearing adjourned at 10:55 a.m.
