CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2010 -13
10:34 a.m.
Vince Fregoso, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Melodie Vernet, Applicant; Mark Rivera, Property Owner;
Ryan Hodge, Deputy City Attorney; Lucy Linnaus, Senior Planner; and Jocelyn
Magalona, Recording Secretary.
Lucy Linnaus presented the staff report and recommendation.
There were no written communications.
Mr. Rivera who owns property at 902 - 904'/2 Cypress Avenue stated he likes the project
but noted his concern regarding the safety and well being of the residents.
Mr. Fregoso referred to the conditions. Discussion followed regarding the fence, gates
and lighting.
Mr. Fregoso explained the reason for remanding the project to the Planning
Commission. The Zoning Administrator remanded Conditional Use Permit No. 2010 -13
to the Planning Commission for a public hearing on September 13, 2010.
The hearing adjourned at 10:53 a.m.
