routine by the Planning Commission and will be enacted by one
motion without discussion. Persons wishing to speak regarding a
Consent Calendar matter should file a “Request to Speak” form with
the Commission Secretary. (See Agenda Description for
instructions on Public Testimony.

RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the minutes:
Regular meeting of January 13, 2003.
B. RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT
RECOMMENDATION:
Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes.
The January 13, 2003 Agenda was posted at the City Hall Council Chambers on January
10, 2003 at 4:00 p.m.

C. Election Of Officers.
RECOMMENDATION:
a) Elect Chair of the Planning Commission for the year 2003.
b) Elect Vice Chair of the Planning Commission for the year 2003.
c) Appoint Planning Commission representative for the Historic Resources Commission
for the year 2003.
D. Recognition of Service for Molly Doughty Joseph Edwards
RECOMMENDATION:
Issue a proclamation honoring the service of Molly Doughty to the Planning Commission.
E. Recognition of Service for Lynnette Verino Joseph Edwards
RECOMMENDATION:
Issue a proclamation honoring the service of Lynnette Verino to the Planning Commission.
WORK STUDY SESSION
Work Study Sessions provide the Planning Commission an
opportunity to study complicated issues prior to making a
decision(s).

3. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-32 as conditioned.
