B. RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT
Pursuant to the Brown Act and the Maddy Act, the July 14, 2003 Agenda for the Regular
Meeting was posted on the door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic Center Plaza
on July 9, 2003 at 3:45 p.m.
RECOMMENDATION:
Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter posting into the minutes.
C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2003-11 (Verny Carvajal)
Filed by John Janshai, Bristol Union 76 Station, to allow a Type 21 off-sale general liquor
ABC License at a new service station and convenience store to be located at 2921 South
Bristol Street.
