routine by the Planning Commission and will be enacted by one
motion without discussion. Persons wishing to speak regarding a
Consent Calendar matter should file a “Request to Speak” form with

Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes.
The January 28, 2002 Agenda was posted at the City Hall Council Chambers on January 25,
2002 at 3:25 P.M.
C. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 01-10 (Verny Carvajal/Ann Ni)
(Continued by the Planning Commission January 14, 2002 to February 11, 2002)
Filed by the City of Santa Ana to amend Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code
regarding commercial storage, mini-warehouse, and recreational vehicle and/or boat storage
use in the Light Industrial (M1) and Heavy Industrial (M2) zoning districts.
PUBLISHED IN THE REGISTER: November 2, 2001
RECOMMENDATION:
Continue to February 25, 2002.
