MINUTES RECOMMENDATION: Approve the minutes: Regular meeting of April 22, 2002 B. RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT RECOMMENDATION: Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes. GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 2002-02, AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 2002-01 AND VARIANCE NO. 2002-04 (Ann Ni) (Continued by the Planning Commission on April 8, 2002 to May 13, 2002) Filed by Gamaliel Vasquez to change the General Plan designation from General Commercial (GC) to Low Density Residential (LR7), and the zoning designation from C5 (Arterial Commercial) to R1 (Single Family residence) in order to construct a single-family residence at 1302 E. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-07 as conditioned. 3. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2002-02 AND TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 16307 (Bill Apple) Filed by Birtcher Property Services to subdivide Brookhollow Office Park located at 1500 East Warner Avenue and eliminate a side-yard landscape requirement.
