C. ADOPTION OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (Joyce Amerson)
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2002-2003
Capital Improvement Program.

decision(s).

AND VARIANCE NO. 2002-04 (Ann Ni)

Filed by Gamaliel Vasquez to change the General Plan designation from General Commercial
(GC) to Low Density Residential (LR7), and the zoning designation from C5 (Arterial
Commercial) to R1 (Single Family residence) in order to construct a single-family residence at
1302 E. Fourteenth Street and allow a reduction in the minimum lot size requirement.
