CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be
routine by the Planning Commission and will be enacted by one
motion without discussion. Persons wishing to speak regarding a
Consent Calendar matter should file a “Request to Speak” form with
the Commission Secretary. (See Agenda Description for
instructions on Public Testimony.

RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the minutes:
Regular meeting of May 28, 2002
B. RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT
RECOMMENDATION:
Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes.
The May 28, 2002 Agenda was posted at the City Hall Council Chambers on May 23, 2002 at
3:00 p.m.
C. CANCELLATION OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
RECOMMENDATION:
Cancel the Planning Commission Meeting scheduled for June 24, 2002.

new legislation or items requiring discussion.
D. LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF TUSTIN AVENUE AND 17TH
STREET (Ann Ni)
On March 11, 2002 the Planning Commission requested that revisions be made to the
landscaping plans for Amendment Application No. 2002-04 And Conditional Use Permit Nos.
2002-01, 2002-03, 2002-04, 2002-05 and 2002-06.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the landscaping plan as submitted.
WORK STUDY SESSION
Work Study Sessions provide the Planning Commission an
opportunity to study complicated issues prior to making a
decision(s).

Filed by Picken’s Fuel Corporation to reduce City landscape requirements for a compressed
natural gas fueling station at 301 E. Columbine Avenue.
