Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes.
The June 10, 2002 Agenda was posted at the City Hall Council Chambers on June 6, 2002 at
12:45 p.m.
The Notice of Cancellation for the June 24, 2002 Meeting was posted at the City Hall Council
Chambers on June 20, 2002 at 4:00 P.M.
C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2002-09
Filed by Yakiharu Kaku, Misen USA, Inc. to request approval for the issuance of a Type 41
ABC On-sale Beer and Wine License at an existing establishment located at 2901 W.
MacArthur Boulevard, Suite 108, within a multi-tenant center.
RECOMMENDATION:
Receive and file the staff report approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-09.

Filed by Gamaliel Vasquez to change the General Plan designation from General Commercial
(GC) to Low Density Residential (LR7), and the zoning designation from C5 (Arterial
Commercial) to R1 (Single Family residence) in order to construct a single-family residence at
1302 E. Fourteenth Street and allow a reduction in the minimum lot size requirement.
