Pursuant to Section 34 -183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, this memo provides notice that
the City Engineer has received Final Parcel Map No. 2006 -197 (City Parcel Map No. 2007-
04), for 626 South Newhope Street (Exhibit 1), from the owner, AT &T Holdings, LLC, and is in
the process of reviewing the map for final approval. The parcel on this map is zoned for
residential use. Tentative Parcel Map No. 2007 -04 was approved by the City Council on
January 8, 2008. The City Engineer shall approve or disapprove this map within 10 days after
the City Council meeting of May 20, 2014.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
