RECITALS A. The Patties entered into Agreement N- 2013 -113 dated July 1, 2013, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement ", for providing graffiti removal to the City of Santa Ana. B. The Parties now desire to amend the Tenn of the Agreement in order to provide continuous uninterrupted service under the Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement as hereby amended, the Parties agree as follows: 1. The City hereby amends Section 3, "Term ", to extend the term for an additional one (1) year period, through June 30, 2015. 2. The total sum to be expended shall not exceed $16,200.00 during the tern of this First Amendment, 3. Except as modified herein, the terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
