City and Consultant entered into Operational Agreement #N- 2013 -045, dated May of 2013, (hereinafter "Agreement") by which Contractor taught guitar classes at the Santa Ara Police and Athletic League ( "SAPAAL ") Center. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties desire to continue these guitar classes for an additional one -year period and add compensation to pay for services provided during the extended term. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except as herein modified, the parties agree as follows: 1. TERM, This First Amendment extends the term of classes for an additional one -year period from June 1, 2014, through May 31, 2015. 2. COMPENSATION. Compensation shall be amended such that the total compensation during the extended term of the Agreement shall not exceed $7,000.00, and Contractor shall continue to be compensated at a rate of $25.00 per hour. 3. Except as hereinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
