DISCUSSION CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY: APPROVED ❑ As Recommended ❑ As Amended ❑ Ordinance on V' Reading ❑ Ordinance on 21' Reading ❑ Implementing Resolution ❑ Set Public Hearing For CONTINUED TO FILE NUMBER Pursuant to Section 34 -183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, this memo provides notice that the City Engineer has received Final Parcel Map No. 2013 -154 (City Parcel Map No. 2014 -02), for 1135 West Brook Street (Exhibit 1), from the owner, Tioga Pass Properties, LLC, and is in the process of reviewing the map for final approval. The parcels of this map are zoned for residential use. The Tentative Parcel Map No. 2013 -154 was approved by the City Council on August 5, 2014. The City Engineer shall approve or disapprove this map within 10 days after the City Council meeting of January 20, 2015. STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #3 Economic Development, Objective #2 (create new opportunities for business /job growth and encourage private development through new General Plan and Zoning Ordinance policies).
