HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUPREME PARKING SERVICE (DOWNTOWN VALET PARKING SERVICES-PILOT PROGRAM) 1Al� I `et v November 1, 2014 Supreme Parking Set-vice 7244 Dinwiddie Street Downey, CA 90241 Re: Valet Parking Management Services and License Agreement with Supreme Parking Service (Agreement A- 2014 -076) Dear Mr. Soria: The City and Supreme Parking Service entered into Agreement A -2014 -076 C said Agreement'), effective May 1, 2014, for Supreme to operate a trial valet parking service in the City's downtown area. The trial period has expired, however the City desires to provide these services through the end of the calendar year. The City will take a new longer term agreement to the city council on December I6,, 2014, after issuing a Request for Proposals and reviewing/evaluating proposals submitted. The City hereby desires to extend the Term of said Agreement effective as of November 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014, in order to provide continuous parking services to the City's businesses and patrons. The Payment to the City (Section 5h of said Agreement) shall be Prorated with $250.00 attributable to the month of November, and $750.00 for December, with total payment to City from Supreme at $1,000.110 for the extended Term, All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect, including updating insurance documents, if necessary.
