PARCEL MAP NO. 2014 -02
10:38 a.m.
Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross
Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Howard Glasser, Applicant; Ali Pezeshkpour, Assistant Planner I;
Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
No written communications were received.
Mr. Pezeshkpour presented the staff report and recommendation for approval.
Mr. Glasser concurred with the findings and agreed to the conditions.
The Zoning Administrator noted Condition No. 4 and inquired if the block wall fence is for the
entire project. Mr. Pezeshkpour stated it applies to the newly created lot. Discussion and
clarification continued regarding the fence with the Zoning Administrator amending Condition
No. 4 to require the installation of a block wall for the entire project site which comprises lots
A and B.
The Zoning Administrator informed the applicant of the appeal process and adopted a
resolution approving Parcel Map No. 2014 -02 with an amended condition.
The hearing adjourned at 11:11 a.m.
