MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2015 -02
10:33 a.m.
Verny Carvajal, Acting Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Macda Gabrakirstos and Cruz Ramirez, Applicants; Hally Soboleske,
Associate Planner; Lisa Storck, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary.
No written communications were received.
Ms. Soboleske gave an update on the revised plans that provided a 20 foot open space
between the existing house and second unit as well as a reduced garage size to be consistent
with the second dwelling standards.
The Zoning Administrator inquired if the Heninger Park Association was informed of the
project. Ms. Soboleske noted the president was in support of the project.
The Zoning Administrator thanked the applicants for the revised plans and indicated that a
covenant be filed with the City affirming that one of the units be owner occupied.
The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2015 -02 as
conditioned.
The hearing adjourned at 10:39 a.m.
