the property at 501 East Walnut Street, located in the Single-Family Residential (R1)
zoning district.

RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2013-02 allowing a second dwelling
unit to be constructed within a “Park Deficient” area.
