The Agenda will be posted at the teleconference location and meeting will be conducted in a manner that protects the rights of any party or member of the public appearing before this legislative body. AT THIS TIME members of the public may address the Planning Commission regarding these agenda items only. PUBLIC HEARINGS A Public Hearing provides individuals the opportunity to be heard regarding an intended action of the Planning Commission. Persons wishing to speak regarding Public Hearing matters should file a "Request to Speak" form with the Recording Secretary. 1. PUBLIC HEARING—ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2015-03TO UPDATE THE HOUSING OPPORTUNITY ORDINANCE AND ADAPTIVE REUSE ORDINANCE {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5,3) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Recommend that City Council adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2015 -03. Legal Notice was published in the Orange County Register on July 7, 2015.
