PUBLIC HEARING—ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2015-03TO
UPDATE THE HOUSING OPPORTUNITY ORDINANCE AND ADAPTIVE
REUSE ORDINANCE {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5,3)
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Recommend that City Council adopt an
ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2015 -03.
