Receive and file the Strategic Plan Monthly Report for January 2016.
DISCUSSION
The January 2016 monthly report provides departmental activity in alignment with the stated
goals of the Strategic Plan. The report includes tasks, next steps, outcomes and percentage
completed for each strategy.

STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT
Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #5 Community Health, Livability,

active role in discussing public policy and setting priorities).
