Assistant City Attorney ;Lisa Storck provided a PowerPoint presentation which outlined
the responsibilities of an appointed commissioner including voting procedures, conduct,
commission bylaws, and the Brown Act.

Assistant City Attorney Lisa Storck and Planning Manager Candida Neal noted that after
review of the bylaws, elections are to be held in the month of July, thus elections were
postponed until such time,
