Pursuant to Consultant Agreement N-2015-046, entered between RTKL Associates and the
City of Santa Ana, dated April 2, 2015, Section 3 - Term, the expiration of the time period of
said Agreement is hereby extended for one additional year from April 2, 2016, until April 2,
2017. The insurance certificates, if any, are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover
this extension. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full
force and effect.
