Pursuant to Agreement #A -2014 -182, entered by ARMC Anaheim Regional Medical Center and the City
of Santa Ana, dated Julyl, 2014, Section 4 "Term", the time period of said Agreement is hereby extended
for an additional four (4) month period, through October 31, 2016. All other terns and conditions of said
Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
