Pursuant to the above referenced Agreement entered by M. Arthur Gensler & Associates, Inc., University
of California, Irvine School of Law (on behalf of Scott Peebler) and the City of Santa Ana (collectively
"the Parties ") dated June 9, 2015, the time period of said Agreement (Section A.3 "Project Schedule "),
Phase 4.0 "Final Vision" is hereby extended for an additional one (1) month period, through June 31,
2016 to coincide with the South Main Corridor Open House per your request. All other terms and
conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
