This First Amendment to Arts and Culture Artist Grant Program Agreement between
the City of Santa Ana and Maria Reyna ( "First Amendment ") is entered this 22 day of June,
2016, by and between the City of Santa Ana ( "City "), a charter city and municipal
corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of
California, and Maria Reyna ( "Grantee "), and collectively with City, the "Parties."
RECITALS
A. On August 4, 2015, the Parties entered into the Arts and Culture Artist
Grant Program Agreement between the City of Santa Ana and Maria
Reyna, Agreement # A -2015 -134 ( "Agreement ").
B. The parties wish to extend the term of the Agreement.
Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to
the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except as herein modified, the Parties
agree as follows:
1. Section 3, Term, shall be amended to extend the termination date to June
30, 2017.
2. Except as hereinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
