Pursuant to the above reference Agreement entered by ADJS and the City of Santa Ana dated
December 1, 2015, the time period of said Agreement (Section 3 — "Term") is hereby extended for
one (1) additional month, through, January 1, 2017, to allow for installation of wayfinding signage.
All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect,
