I am a citizen of the United States and a resident of the State of California; I am
over the age of eighteen years, and not a party to or interested in the above
entitled matter, I am the principal clerk of the printer and publisher of the
ORANGE COUNTY REPORTER, a newspaper published in the English
language in the city of SANTA ANA, county of ORANGE, and adjudged a
newspaper of general circulation as defined by the laws of the State of
California by the Superior Court of the County of ORANGE, State of California,
under date 0612011922, Case No. 13421. That the notice, of which the
annexed is a printed copy, has been published in each regular and entire issue

THE CITY COUNCIL SANTA ANA,
CALIFORNIA NOTICE I5 HEREBY
GIVEN: That the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana will hold a public hearing to
consider changing the ganeral plan and
zoning designation of two parcels of land
located at 415 and 423 South Raid Street
from a resldenfial to an open space to
facilitate the future construction of a park
via the adoption of a resolution (General
Plan Amendment No. 2016.03) and an
ardinance (Amendment Appplication No.
2016-03). This matter will be heard on
February 21, 2017 at 6A6 p.m., or as
soon as possible thereafter, In the Council
Chamber, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
Ana, California. Alipparsons interested in
this matter are nulified to appear al this
time. If you chaliange the decision of the
City Councll on the above matter in court,
you may be limited to raising only those
issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described In this notice, or
In written correspondence delivered to the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana at, or
