Mindy Andrews, representing the John Henry Foundation, is requesting approval of a
minor exception to allow an alternate material for a front yard fence at 403 North Susan
Street located in the Two-Family Residence (R-2) zoning district.
Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on April 29, 2016 and notices
mailed April 29, 2016.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution approving Minor Exception
No. 2016-01 as conditioned.
