1. TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2015-02
{STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 3, 2; 5, 3} (Hally Soboleske)
Robert Knapp is requesting a tentative parcel map to divide a site into two separate
parcels leaving a concrete tilt up building on each side at 1600 East Saint Andrew
Place located in the Specific Development No. 69 (SD-69) zoning district.
Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on July 15, 2016 and notices
mailed on July 14, 2016.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map
No. 2015-02 as conditioned.
