TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2017-01 {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 3, 2} (Ivan Orozco) Dung Sam, representing Lanh Huu Nguyen and Mai Phuong Nguyen, is proposing to subdivide a 0.9-acre parcel of land that is currently developed with a single -family residence into three lots and to construct two new single-family residences at 2001 West Trask Avenue located in the Single Family residential (R-1) zoning district. Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on February 3, 2017 and notices mailed on February 3, 2017. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 2017-01 (County Map No. 2017-01) as conditioned. 2.
