HomeMy WebLinkAbout161026_ZAMinutes_2000WAltonZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING MINUTES OCTOBER 26, 2016 PARCEL MAP NO. 2016-03 10:39 a.m. Verny Carvajal, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 1600. Also in attendance were: Craig Lee, Joe Novoa, Rev. Steve Correz and Luis Ramirez Applicants; Jessica Mears, SAUSD, Vince Fregoso, Principal Planner; Lisa Storck, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. No written communications were received. Mr. Fregoso presented the staff report. Condition No. 4 was modified to eliminate the need for CC&Rs and instead require a drainage easement for storm drain issues. The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Parcel Map No. 2016-03 with a modified condition.
