PUBLIC HEARING
1.TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2017-01 {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 3, 2}
Consideration of matter continued from the February 15, 2017 Zoning Administrator
meeting.
Assistant Planner II Orozco provided a project overview; reported that applicant has
worked to address concerns that were brought forward during the meeting on February 15,
2017; recommended the adoption of a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map No.
2017-01 as conditioned.
Zoning Administrator Carvajal opened the Public Hearing. The following spoke on the
matter:
Applicant Dung Sam: Reported that he has addressed the concerns that were brought
forward during the meeting on February 15, 2017.
No other comments were received and the public hearing was closed at 10:38 a.m.
The Zoning Administrator adopted Resolution No. 2017-01 approving Tentative Parcel
Map No. 2017-01 (County Map No. 2017-01) as conditioned.
