Pursuant to Section 6 ("Term") of the Agreement No. M-2016-001, entered between Buchalter
Nemer, a Professional Law Corporation and the City of Santa Ana, dated November 1, 2015, the time period
of said Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period, from November 1, 2016 to
October 31, 2017. The parties agree that this extension will cover the outstanding invoices for services
incurred for continuous work performed by the Attorneys.
The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
