I am a citizen of the United States and a resident of the State of California; I am
over the age of eighteen years, and not a party to or interested in the above
entitled matter. I am the principal clerk of the printer and publisher of the
ORANGE COUNTY REPORTER, a newspaper published in the English
language in the city of SANTA ANA, county of ORANGE, and adjudged a
newspaper of general circulation as defined by the laws of the State of
California by the Superior Court of the County of ORANGE, State of California,
under date 06/20/1922, Case No. 13421. That the notice, of which the
annexed is a printed copy, has been published in each regular and entire issue

TO CONSIDER A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DIRECT NEGOTIATIONS FOR
THE SALE OF PORTIONS OF CITY -OWNED REAL PROPERTY AT 827 N. BRISTOL_
STREET, 829 N. BRISTOL STREET, AND 907 N. BRISTOL STREET
BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana will
hold a public hearing to consider the following matter:
Adopting a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana authorizing direct
negotiations for the sale of portions of City -owned real property at 827 N. Bristol
Street, 829 N. Bristol Street, and 907 N. Bristol Street, in accordance with Santa
Ana Municipal Code section 2-709. If following the public hearing, and a 2/3 vote,
the City Council adopts this resolution, the sale of portions of City -owned real
property at 827 N. Bristol Street, 829 N. Bristol Street, and 907 N. Bristol Street
will be exempted from the competitive bidding procedures established by Santa
Ana Municipal Code section 2-706. The City Manager or his or her designee will
further be authorized to negotiate directly with In -N -Out Burgers, Inc. for the sale
of these properties.
This matter will be heard on November 7, 2017 at 5:45 p.m., or as soon as possible
thereafter, in the Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. All
persons interested in this matter are notified to appear at this time.
If you challenge the decision of the City Council on the above matter in court, you
may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public
hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana at, or prior to, the public hearing.
