Im Fernando Rodriguez.
I live on 2229 West 7th Street in Santa Ana California and I oppose to the Tiny Tim Plaza rezoning request. I don't oppose
Redevelopment however I believe the current project isnot a good fit for our neighborhood. My neighborhood is in
need of home ownership NOT appartments. Will this project affect me, sure it will in many ways.

Hi my name is Denise Avila.

I oppose to the Tiny Tim Plaza rezoning request. I don't oppose Redevelopment however I believe the current project is
not a good fit for our neighborhood. My neighborhood is compromised of intergenerational and immigrant families of
low -to -moderate income. For decades there has been no investment in our area. Our neighborhood is in dire need of
Revitalization. Rather than Apartments, we need home ownership.

invitados.
Sinceramente,
Ana Aguirre

My name is Robert Anthony Flores, I have lived nearby on 7th Street since 1961. I'm not in favor of any high
density dwellings that will contribute to more traffic and more parking problems. Remodel the shopping center
but please don't build any apartments or condominiums. 5th Street needs a lot of work and adding more traffic
to the area is a recipe for disaster.

Hello,
My name is Eliana Alvarez Aguirre. I lived on for the past 30 years of my life But my parents
continue living in that household. I don't think it's fair that my parents have lived here close to four decades and the
neighborhood is going to get worst if apartments are built on the Tiny Tim lot. They will not have parking spaces
available on the street and it will be crowded with people that might create more violence. I currently live in a
neighborhood that is full of apartments. I see graffiti everywhere, there is no parking available, it's scary to walk at night,
and the tenants use the garage/parking space assigned as a storage unit. Unfortunately, that is the future of my parents
beloved neighborhood if these apartments are built. Please reconsider this project!
Sincerely,
Eliana Alvarez Aguirre

Subject: AGAINST THE FIFTH STREET REZONING
AGENDA ITEM IS #55D AND #75/TINY TIM REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
To whom it may concern:
We have been living at in Santa Ana for the past 60 years. We STRONGLY OPPOSE the TINY TIM PLAZA
rezoning request. We don't oppose re -development, however, we strongly believe the current project is NOT A GOOD FIT for
our neighborhood. Our neighborhood is comprised of intergenerational and immigrant families of low to moderate income. For
decades there has been no investment in our area. Our neighborhood is in dire need of revitalization. We strongly oppose
apartments/homes in the Tiny Tim Plaza.
It is our opinion that this will place a burden on our community. We are already dealing with an escalation of crime that will
surely increase with this type of project. Noise, traffic, congestion and safety are strong objections to the Tiny Tim
Redevelopment Project. The apartment building will radically change the population in our neighborhood.
Therefore, we are requesting that you do not grant funding for this development.
Thank you for allowing us to be heard in this matter.
Sincerely,
FRANCISCO ROMERO, LETICIA ROMERO, MARTHA ROMERO & MARIA KINNEY
