Pursuant to Section 3 C Term") of Agreement No. A-2014-356, entered into by Straightl ne
Communications and the City of Santa Ana, dated December 31, 2014, and as amended by Letter
No. A-2015-119, the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional six months,
from January 1, 2018 through Juste 30, 2018. The insurance certificates are required to be
extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. Alt other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
