Huizar NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a public hearing to consider adopting an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2018-01 to amend certain sections of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to allow churches and accessory church buildings as a conditionally permitted use in the Professional (P) and South Main Street Commercial zoning districts (C -SM). The proposed amendments will bring the City's zoning code into compliance with the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA).
