Pursuant to Section 5 {"Extension Periods') of Lease Agreement No. A-201.7-321, entered into by
International Bus Lines, Inc. ("Tenant"') and the City of Santa Ana, dated December 6, 2017, the
option is hereby provided to Tenant to extend the term of the Lease Agreement for three months,
or through the period ending May 31, 2018. Tenant shall agree to this extension by signature
below. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this
extension. All other terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement remain unchanged and in full
force and effect.
