AMENDING SECTIONS 6200.1, 6200.23 <br /> AND 6200.64 OF THE SANTA ANAMUNICIPAL CODE REGULATING CITY <br /> LICENSE TAXES <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the Santa Aha Municipal Code be and the same <br />is hereby amended by amending Seetion 6200.1 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "SECTION 6200.1. Advertising. <br /> Fee <br /> By distributing samples $25.00-a <br /> <br /> By posting bills 25.00-a <br /> By signs, billboards 25.00-a <br /> <br /> By vehicle containing amplifier, phonograph, <br /> loud speakers, etc. For each vehicle ~8.00-a <br /> <br /> "If any such vehicle is used by a city <br /> licensee to advertise solely his own licensed <br /> business and such vehicle is regularly regis- <br /> tered and licensed by the State to such li- <br /> censee, then for each such vehicle 12.00-a <br /> <br /> By electric sign as specified in Sections <br /> 6323 and 632~ of this Code for each <br /> square foot of front surface area of <br /> all such signs ~02~q <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That the Santa Aha Municipal Code be and the same <br /> <br /> is hereby amended by amending Section 6200.23 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "SECTION 6200.23. Employment Bureau 5.00-Q <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. That the Santa Aha Municipal Code be and the same <br /> is hereby amended by amending Section 6200.6~ to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "SECTION 6200.64. Vehicles. <br /> <br /> For pumping cesspools 3.00-~ <br /> <br /> For collection of rubbish, manure or refuse, <br /> per vehicle 3.00-Q <br /> <br /> Selling or delivering gasoline, benzine, or any <br /> other patroleum products, per vehicle 5.00-Q <br /> <br /> For each automotive vehicle used to deliver <br /> tangible personal property into the City of <br /> Santa Aha 6.00-q" <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br /> regular meeting held on the 6th day of Julys, 1953. <br /> <br /> <br />
