ORDINANCE NO. ~A~ENDING SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br />BY AMENDING ARTICLE IX THEREOF CREATING CHANGES IN <br />DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND BY AMENDING Sw$-'~T NUMBEP. S 27 <br />and 38 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE. RECLASSIFI- <br />CATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Oity of Santa <br /> <br />Ana has given notice of public hearings aa required by law and has <br /> <br />duly held two public hearings in connection with the application <br /> <br />for change of District Classification and by Resolution Number <br /> <br />610 recommended the change hereinbelow set out to the City Council <br /> <br />for adoption; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of <br /> <br />public hearing and such public hearing has been regularly held and <br /> <br />the Council does now find that public necessity, convenience, and <br /> <br />general welfare require the following amendment and change in the <br /> <br />present classification of the real property hereinafter described <br /> <br />and that the uses under the proposed new classification will not be <br /> <br />detrimental to the surrounding property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEHEFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AMA <br /> <br />DOES ORDAIN A~ FOLLOWS~ <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the real property lying in the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> That portion of the Julian Chaves Allotment in the <br />Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana and that portion of Tract No. <br />488, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 17, page 4 of Mis- <br />cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, <br />described as followsl <br /> <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 5 of said <br />Tract No. 488, thence Southerly 1138.09 feet along the <br />Easterly line of said Lot 5 to a point in said East line <br />of said Lot 5; thence Westerly along a line parallel with <br />the Northerly boundary of said Tract No. 488 to a point in <br />the West line of Lot 2 of said Tract No. 488; thence <br />Northerly along the West line of said Lot 2, 848.20 feet, <br />more or ieee, to the Southeast corner of land described <br />in deed to O.
