ORDINANCE NO. NS-72 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF T~E <br />SANTA ANA MUNIC-~0D~ CREATING OHANGES IN DIS- <br />TRICT BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING 8.~.~r NO. 25 OF '£~ <br />DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW Tm~ ~E~LASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> ~, the Planning Commtssion of Sauta Aha has given notice of <br />and duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change <br />of District Classification and by Resolution No. 716 recommended to the <br />City Council the cb-nge requested; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a <br />public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, <br />convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the <br />uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br /> NOW, T~I)RE, T~; CITY COUNCIL OF '~'n~; CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLEOWS: <br /> <br /> ~ECTION 1. That the real property in the City of ~anta Aha, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> The ~outherly 125 feet of the Northerly 140 feet of Lots 4, <br /> 5, and 6 as shown on a map of Record of Survey recorded in <br /> Book 3, pnge 7, Records of Surveys, in the office of the <br /> County Recorder of said Orange County, <br /> <br />be reclassified from R-2 District to the C-1 District and that Sheet No. 25 of <br />the Districting Map of Article IX of the ~anta Ana M~uzicipal Code be amended to <br />show such reclassification. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of <br />this Ordi-a~ee and shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after <br />its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent.
