O~DINANGE NO. NS-74 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNIC--~CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUIIDARIES AND AMENDING 8n~T NO. 34 OF '£~ DISTRICT- lNG MAP TO SHOW TNE RECLASSIFICATION WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for ch-nEe of District Classification and by Resolution No. 715 recommended to the City Council the change requested; and WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, '£HE~EFO~E, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ClT~ OF SANTA ANA DOES O~DAIN ~ECTION 1. That the real property in the City of ~anta Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: The South 1/2 of Lot 12 and the South 1/2 of the West 1/2 of Lot ll of the "Nininger Tract", as shown on a map recorded in Book 8, p~ge 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, be reclassified from R-1 District to the C District and that ~heet No. 34 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council sb-] 1 certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, within 15 days after its a~option, in one issue of the Sauta Aha Independent.
