ORDINANCE NS-761 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br />ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 517, FILED BY SECURITY <br />FORE CORP., AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP <br />26-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 517 A) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly <br />held a public hearing on Amendment Application 517, filed by SECURITY <br />FORE CORP. for a change in District classificatio~from the R-1 and <br />R-4 Districts to the R-4 and R-1 Districts, and said Commission has <br />recommended APPROVAL of said reclassifications; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on <br />notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and <br />general welfare require the following amendments and that the uses <br />under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Warner Avenue <br />located 660 feet, more or less, westerly from that point <br />where the center line of Warner Avenue intersects the <br />center line of Bristol Street; thence southerly along a <br />line approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol <br />Street for a distance of 733 feet, more or less; thence <br />easterly along a line approximately parallel to the <br />center line of Warner Avenue for a distance of 160 feet, <br />more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately <br />parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a <br />distance of 27 feet, more or less; thence westerly along <br />a line approximately parallel to the center line of <br />Warner Avenue for a distance of 295 feet, more or less; <br />thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to <br />the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of <br />760 feet, more or less, to the center line of Warner <br />Avenue; thence easterly along the center line of Warner <br />Avenue for a distance of 135 feet, more or less, to the <br />point of beginning, <br /> <br />is hereby reclassified from the R-4 District to the R-1 District, <br />and Sectional District Map 26-5-10 is hereby amended to show said <br />reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 517 A. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point located 760 feet, more or less, <br />southerly and 440 feet, more or less, westerly of that <br />point where the center line of Bristol Street intersects <br />the center line of Warner Avenue; thence southerly along <br />a line approximately parallel to the center line of <br />Bristol Street for a distance of 1797.4 feet, more or <br />less; thence%~sterly along a line approximately parallel <br />to the center line of Warner Avenue for a distance of <br />60 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line <br />approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol <br />Street for a distance of 1797.4 feet, more or less; <br />thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to <br />the center line of Warner Avenue for a distance of <br />60 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
