ORDINANCE NS-863 CHANGING AND ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE ~RDS OF THE CITY OF SANTA AN~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ARA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS = SECTION 1= That upon compliance with the provisions of Section 101.4 of the Charter of the City of Santa Ana, and to satisfy the requirements of Charter Section 101.2 of the Charter of the City of Santa Ana, after public hearing held thereon, the boundary lines of the wards of said City are hereby changed snd estsblished as hereinafter set out: WARD NO. 1: The boundary of Ward No. i begins at the intersection of the easterly line of North Main Street with the boundary of the northerly City limits north of Owens Drive~ thence generally easterly along the northerly City limits to the easterly City limits~ thence southerly along the easterly City limits to its intersection with the easterly boundary of the Newport Freeway between First Street, Santa Ana, and Main Street, Tustin~ thence westerly along the City limits to a point 550 feet, more or less, west of the easterly boundary of the Newport Freeway and 610 feet south of First Street~ thence northerly to First Street~ thence westerly along First Street to Main Street~ thence northerly along Main Street to the point of beginning.
